2. Refund Policy for Sponsors

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund for sponsor packages, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Cancellation: If the event is canceled by Leaders & Coaches of Asia, sponsors are entitled to a full refund.
Non-Delivery of Benefits: If the agreed sponsorship benefits were not delivered as described.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain sponsorship contributions are non-refundable, including:

Partially Fulfilled Packages: Sponsor packages where some benefits have already been provided.
Sponsor-Initiated Cancellation: If a sponsor decides to withdraw from the sponsorship agreement without any fault on our part.

To request a refund for a sponsor package, please follow these steps:
