2. Refund Policy for Sponsors

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund for sponsor packages, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Cancellation: If the event is canceled by Leaders & Coaches of Asia, sponsors are entitled to a full refund.
  • Non-Delivery of Benefits: If the agreed sponsorship benefits were not delivered as described.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain sponsorship contributions are non-refundable, including:

  • Partially Fulfilled Packages: Sponsor packages where some benefits have already been provided.
  • Sponsor-Initiated Cancellation: If a sponsor decides to withdraw from the sponsorship agreement without any fault on our part.

Refund Process for Sponsors
To request a refund for a sponsor package, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our sponsorship team with your refund request, including your sponsorship package details and the reason for the refund.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
  3. Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund for event registrations or workshops, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made at least 14 days before the event date.
  • Cancellation: If the event or workshop is canceled by Leaders & Coaches of Asia, participants are entitled to a full refund.
  • Change of Date: If the event or workshop date is changed and you are unable to attend on the new date.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain event or workshop fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Late Cancellations: Refund requests made less than 14 days before the event.
  • No-Shows: Participants who do not attend the event or workshop without prior notice.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
