Asia is the world's fastest-growing economic story. The region's leadership infrastructure has not yet caught up. We exist to change that — one leader, one coach, one organization at a time.
For years, as internal & external coach, I coached leaders in USA. Most of them were of Asian origin first generation carrying the weight of two contexts, building careers in one country while keeping a foot in another. The work was rewarding, and the conversations kept circling the same place: what's happening back home is faster, harder, and more consequential than anything I'm helping these leaders navigate here.
That observation kept growing. The Asia growth story was no longer a forecast, it was the present tense. And the leaders steering it were largely doing so without the kind of senior, private, outside-the-system coaching that I had been able to offer their counterparts in the US for a decade.
Then I met Masae Araki.
Masae had been doing parallel work for years — coaching Japanese expats & executives based in USA and Europe. The first time we talked about Asia, we found we had been drawing the same map. The gap was real. Someone needed to build the bridge.
Hemani, Jeff, Sunanda and a small group of other senior coaches joined the conversation soon after. None of us pretended this was easy or that we had all the answers. We did agree on the first step: bring leaders and coaches across Asia-Pacific into one room, even a virtual one, and let the conversation we kept having privately happen openly — in front of the leaders who needed to hear it most.
That is what the LCA conference is. It is the first deliberate step toward something larger: a platform where organizational leaders and the coaches who serve them meet seriously, exchange honestly, and together build the leadership infrastructure Asia's next generation of organizations will require.
We are early. We do not pretend otherwise. What gives me confidence is that the coaches and leaders we have invited into this work have shown up with more rigor and generosity than we expected. The signal we have been receiving suggests that the bridge is needed and that we are not alone in wanting to build it.
Thank you for being here at the beginning.
The leaders we have seen transform their organizations are not the ones who attended the most programs. They are the ones who, at the right moment, worked privately with a coach senior enough to challenge them and skilled enough to do it without judgment. We exist to make that match deliberate, not accidental — pairing senior executives with vetted, ICF-credentialled coaches who understand the cultural and commercial complexity of Asian markets.
Frameworks travel. Cultures don't. The organizations pulling ahead in Asia are the ones embedding coaching not as a perk for the C-suite but as a way of working — how managers have hard conversations, how teams hold one another accountable, how leaders develop their successors. We facilitate the systemic conversations that make that shift possible.
In an era when AI can do an increasing share of the analytical and operational work, the dimensions of leadership that remain irreducibly human — judgment, empathy, vision, trust — become the defining competitive advantage. These capabilities are not built in classrooms. They are built in conversation, with someone outside the system, over time. That is what we are building infrastructure for.
Two distinct, complementary communities. One platform bringing them together to unlock organizational potential across Asia-Pacific.
Senior executives, CHROs, and decision-makers responsible for building high-performance organizations in Asia's fast-evolving business landscape.
ICF-certified professionals, organizational consultants, and transformational coaches seeking meaningful access to Asia's most progressive organizations and leaders.
Join Asia's fastest-growing community of leaders and coaches committed to building smarter, more resilient, and more human organizations. Start with the July 2026 conference.
