Naveen Ks is a global Executive Coach, Organizational Transformation Consultant, and Thought Leader with over two decades of experience guiding Fortune 50 companies, senior executives, and global teams through complex change and leadership transformation.

As the Co-founder of Agile PeopleOps, Naveen played a key role in developing the Agile PeopleOps Framework™ — a pioneering methodology integrating business agility with progressive People Operations (HR) practices. His work empowers organizations to align people, culture, and strategy for sustained growth and enterprise agility.

Naveen is also the author of The Scrum Master Journal, Co-founder of the Leaders & Coaches of Asia Conference, and founder of the global HR conference PeopleOps Pulse, where he brings together global leaders to share cutting-edge leadership and organizational insights.
