About Allan Ang
Allan is a Senior HR Executive with over 15 years of HR leadership experience, working for global brands including Visa, Estee Lauder Companies (ELC), and Yum Brands/KFC. Having fulfilled various HR leadership roles including Head of Talent for both ELC and Yum, he has designed, built, and transformed the ecosystems that attract, engage, and develop thousands of employees into the future.
He has led large-scale people organizations across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, and transformed leadership capability, partnering with multiple executive leaders to instill coaching practices.
Beyond corporate responsibilities, Allan is passionate about giving back. He sits on the Advisory Board of the University of Sussex Business School, and he enjoys sharing his anecdotal insights through his TikTok and Instagram channels, which he recently launched @TheCareersUncle
