About Session
In this session, Allan will share real-world insights from proactively embedding coaching into leadership transitions, as well as plans to scale a culture of coaching into all people managers in Japan. Allan will draw on what happens when coaching shifts from being a reactive fix, to a proactive force – baking it into how leadership is developed, supported and scaled.
