Leadership and coaching for human + AI teams
By next year, AI will not just be a tool people use. It will be a member of the team. LCA2027 brings Asia’s leaders and coaches together to work out what that asks of each of us.

The storyline
Two keynotes the week before set the context. Each conference day then takes one verb and explores it through both the leadership and coaching tracks.
What is really changing in work across Asia, and what the research tells leaders to do about it.
Judgment, trust, meaning and care: the human work that matters more, not less, as AI grows.
Steer when AI does more of the work.
What do leaders own when AI can execute?
Develop people to grow alongside AI.
How do we help people keep up and keep their footing?
Move into human + AI teams, together.
What does a great human + AI team look like, and how do we get there?
2 keynotes and 9 sessions: 4 on the leadership track, 4 on the coaching track and 1 closing panel.
Free to attend, online, from wherever you are in Asia-Pacific and beyond.
Speakers
LCA2027 brings together senior leaders and ICF-credentialed coaches from across Asia-Pacific. We will announce the keynote, track and panel speakers in the months ahead.
Why now
LCA 2026 asked a question many were still debating: does the human advantage hold in the age of AI? More than 550 leaders and coaches from 57 countries joined that conversation. Since then, the wider world has answered it. Global research on work is now built around the human advantage, and HR leaders worldwide rank AI transformation as their top priority.
So the question has moved. It is no longer whether humans matter. It is how humans lead, grow and work when AI sits inside the team.
Organizations ran AI pilots and tested tools. Most of the conversation was about what the technology could do.
Attention turned to people. Research converged on the idea that value comes from humans and AI together, not AI alone.
AI agents take on more of the work. Leaders and coaches now design, develop and lead teams where humans and AI work side by side.
We studied the latest global research from leading consulting firms, business schools, professional bodies and policymakers. Four patterns stood out.
Most organizations are spending more on AI, but only a small group turn it into real value. The difference is investing in people as seriously as in technology.
People already use AI every week, yet many organizations give their HR teams no AI training at all. Skills, not tools, are the bottleneck.
More than half of employees report cognitive overload, and many worry about job security. Leaders often underestimate both. This is where coaching matters most.
In India, 32% of AI users already work with AI agents on multi-step work, double the global average of 16%. The questions of human + AI teams are arriving in Asia first.
AI adoption is already happening. The gap is leadership. Organizations need leaders who keep humans in the lead, coaches who help people grow with the change, and teams designed for humans and AI to work together. That is Lead, Lift and Leap.
Your takeaways
The bigger picture
As work moves into a new era, we want this conference to leave Asia’s leadership and coaching community better prepared, not just better informed.
Leaders and coaches across Asia leave with common words and ideas for leading, developing and working in teams that include AI.
A clear point of view that people should steer AI, own the decisions and stay accountable for outcomes.
Stronger connections between the two communities, so coaching becomes part of how organizations make the change.
Asia is adopting AI fast. LCA2027 puts the region’s experience, case stories and practitioners at the center of the debate.
