Also President of COACH ING Inc and Code & CC Ambassador International Coaching Federation Japan Charter Chapter (ICFJ）Co-owner of Whole System Coaching®︎, which delivers an ICF- Accredited Coach Training Program; Level1 and Level2.
She is an executive coach, a team coach, a trainer on leadership development and management transformation.
