About Rajnish Malhotra

My journey as a professional Coach started 5 years ago, I have coached people on their personal and career-related concerns and aspirations. I had the pleasure of collaborating with the Government of New Delhi in Coaching their enterprising and bright interns, that was my first attempt at Career Coaching and a great learning experience. Cut to the Present, I am a Career Coach at S&P Global, one of the very few organizations where career coaching is available to all, it is spread across all locations, levels and tenures. I get energized by helping people make crucial career decisions, and love to hear success stories as an outcome of the coaching sessions.
I like to read, from Philosophy to Finance to Autobiographies to Non-Fiction… favorite writer is Murakami. I am also a running enthusiast in my spare time and have a long-time interest in Indian military issues, including support for families of fallen soldiers.
