About Jaya Bhateja
Jaya Bhateja is an ICF Master Certified Coach, an Executive Coach, a Coach Educator and a Team Coach. She founded Abhyudaya Global Circle, which is committed to shaping world leadership through professional coaching in organisations.
She has been deeply invested in uplifting the quality of coaching for leaders and coaches globally since 2011. She is a member of the esteemed Forbes Coaches Council and has contributed in various capacities at several social platforms as a thought leader. Jaya has contributed consistently to ICF globally as a board member and through various initiatives. She has also been instrumental in the growth of more than 300 coaches she has personally trained, mentored and supervised.
Jaya has received three esteemed awards – India Coaching Excellence Guru by India Coaching Conclave 2023, 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders in 2017 by the World HRD Congress and The Young Leader Award in 2019 by ICF Global.
Jaya is passionate about supporting coaches and leaders in reaching their best potential to build a positive society. She believes that if we all can impact the mindsets of corporate leaders, we can create a considerable impact at a systemic level.
