With a background as a software developer, Hernan has led People teams in technology organizations, including serving as VP of Global Talent at ITX Corp. He later founded ProductizeHR, focusing on the intersection of people and technology and improving HR tools and processes.
He has also served as Director of Technology for the National HR Association and as a Technology Advisor to DisruptHR. He currently serves as a Fractional AI Transformation Lead for Wowledge.com .
